CBB is a series of group sessions that help regulate our nervous systems in the face of collective stress

how
sessions include 
-simple home practices 
-separate cohort sessions (e.g. men/women only)
-an introduction series explaining the basic tools we will use
-frameworks that provide somatic orientation across time + space

who

CBB is not therapy. participants are invited to share what moves them 
while remaining mindful of others and open to adjusting to the shared space when prompted
